Crêpe or galette?

A crêpe is made out of a wheat flour base and served with sweet toppings such as homemade salted caramel, home made chocolate, Nutella or the "Suzette" way. It is Brittany's most famous delicacy.

A galette on the other hand, is crafted with gluten-free flour from buckwheat grains and can be filled with a range of savoury toppings.


So crêpe or galette? Both, of course!
